clarification of the definitions in order to ensure uniform application of this Directive throughout the Community; or
(b)
alignment of terminology and the framing of definitions in accordance with subsequent acts on UCITS and related matters.
Those measures, designed to amend non-essential elements of this Directive, shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 112(2).
