• Article 1 — Article 50(4) of Directive 85/611/EEC shall be replaced by the following:
• Article 2 — Article 16(3) of Directive 92/49/EEC, Article 15(3) of Directive 92/96/EEC and Article 25(3) of Directive 93/22/EEC, shall be replaced by the following:
• Article 3
• Article 4
• Article 5 — This Directive is addressed to the Member States.
